The "SYNERGENEX" series of external co-branded toys launched by T-SPARK, a high-end toy brand under the Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY , announced that the latest product "Silver Rathalos Optimus Prime" is a collaboration between its own popular transforming toys "Transformers" and the 20th anniversary hunting co-op game "Monster Hunter ", which is expected to be released in September 2025.
Following the previously launched " Fire Dragon Optimus Prime ", this product once again combines the image of the "Silver Rathalos", a subspecies of the signature monster Rathalos in the "Monster Hunter" series, with the most representative signature character "Optimus Prime" in the "Transformers" series. Utilizing TAKARA TOMY's long-term experience in designing transformable toys, we created a figure with a fully transformable mechanism that can transform from "Silver Rathalos Form" to "Optimus Form" wearing Silver Rathalos equipment.
"Silver Rathalos Optimus Prime" retains the overall shape and transformation mechanism of Rathalos Optimus Prime, using new standard molding colors and color paint to reproduce the silver-white body and unique patterns. In "Silver Rathalos Form", the head, wings, legs and other parts can be moved to allow for flying and walking.
The ingenious transformation mechanism allows it to transform into the "Optimus Prime form" wearing Silver Rathalos gear, while also allowing the mobility of its limbs. The tail part has become the weapon "Charge Axe", and can be transformed from sword mode to axe mode, recreating the fighting style in the "Monster Hunter" game. In addition, Optimus' "Leadership Matrix" has become the "Cooperation Matrix (コラボマトリクス)" this time, which can be stored in the body of the fire dragon Optimus.
