Hong Kong-based model manufacturer FLAME TOYS' "Furai Model" series has released a new Transformers: Mirror Universe themed product – the "Mirror Universe Optimus Prime VER. #2008" assembly model. The suggested retail price is US$55, and it is expected to be released in December 2026!
Transformers: The Mirror Universe (Shattered Glass) is a limited-edition parallel universe concept launched at BOTCON in 2008. In this universe, the good guys and bad guys are swapped, and their appearances and color schemes are also different from when they were in their original factions.
This Mirror Universe Optimus Prime VER. #2008 figure stands approximately 15.5 cm tall. Based on the 2008 Mirror Universe design, it features a more streamlined sculpt and recreates the iconic purple and blue color scheme with saturated molding paint. While it lacks transformation capabilities, it boasts 45 points of articulation, allowing for a variety of dynamic poses! Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, arm armor, two energy guns that can be stored on the back, an energy sword, and an energy axe, allowing for various fun and stylish battle scenes!
