BANDAI SPIRITS' model kit brand BANDAI HOBBY will release its latest product, "HG 1/144 Alizoth," based on the anime film "Mobile Suit Gundam Flash: Hathaway and the Witch of Karke," on April 25, 2026. The official website has also released box art, product images, and other information ahead of the release.
The TX-FF104 Aristotle was an emergency training machine built for Rein E. Am to practice high-speed flight before the official deployment of the "RX-104FF Penalope" . Based on the "RX-94 Production Type ν Gundam", it incorporated parts from prototypes used for testing during Penalope's development. Twenty parallel thrusters were installed throughout the fuselage to replace the then-unfinished Minovsky flight components. Although it used an older "plasma jet propulsion system" that did not utilize I-field technology, its parallel operation still allowed it to achieve high-speed flight capabilities comparable to the Penalope.
The "HG 1/144 Arios" recreates this super-large mobile suit using completely redesigned parts. Once completed, the kit stands 25 cm tall, even larger than the ΞGundam. It utilizes highly detailed gray-toned molded parts to create a monstrous outer armor design, various sensor missile pods, and 20 parallel thrusters. The distinctive ring-shaped "plasma reactor" is made with transparent parts. Through the transformation mechanisms of various parts of the machine, the complex-shaped Arios can transform into a flight mode that reduces air resistance.
After removing the heavy flight armor, the complete core unit, the "Mass Production Type ν Gundam," can be recreated. The kit uses a variety of parts molding colors, including white, black, green, and yellow, to reproduce the colors of various parts of the machine. However, several parts, such as the air intake on the chest, several smaller yellow areas on the body, and the dark blue parts of the prototype beam rifle, still require stickers for color matching. By using special connecting parts and some Ariosius parts, the Mass Production Type ν Gundam can be transformed into the "Ariosius Half-Damaged State," which resembles the "RX-93 ν Gundam" and caused Hassawi's PTSD in the series.
