INFORMATION
Atakebune is a general term for large warships widely used in Japan from the late Muromachi period to the early Edo period. It was heavily armed, and the larger one was over 50 meters long and had more than a hundred fighters on board. This kit is based on the 1/10 exhibition model of the Nagoya Castle Museum in Saga Prefecture and the Atakebune drawn in the "Hizen Nagoya Castle Castle Map" (owned by the Saga Prefectural Museum), with Woody Joe's own consideration. Designed on a 1/100 scale. A huge wooden warship that remains in Japanese history is realistically reproduced using abundant natural wood such as shackles and Chinese wood, including a heavy Ise ship-style hull, a simultaneous castle tower, and 64 Swan. Mainly wooden parts made by high-precision laser machining and woodworking, metal parts are attached to Ikari and castle tower. The assembly instructions, which explain the assembly process divided into the hull, fence, and castle tower with photos and figures, provide easy-to-understand support.
