INFORMATION
From the TV anime "The Super Dimension Fortress Macross", the variable fighter "VF-1D", which the main character "Ichijou Teru" pilots for the first time, is now available as a completely new plastic model in battroid form! Scheduled to be released by Max Factory in October 2024.
The powerful proportions, which are based on the setting images and the image from the anime, were achieved by eliminating deformation and making it Battroid-only. Each part is molded in 5 colors, and it has a realistic finish just by assembling it and applying water transfer decals. You can also paint the details to make it look more like the movie. Polycaps are used for each joint, allowing for smooth posing.
Water transfer decals are used to reproduce various markings, and the marks from bullets in the movie are also expressed with decals. Gunpod can be assembled into a shortened state by using special parts. Parts for attaching it to the forearm are also included (some modification is required to attach it to the forearm). Also included are a seated figure of Akira Ichijo in the same scale, parts with the seat raised, and figures of Rin Minmei and Yocchan in the same scale.
