LEGIOSS OMEGA (Takara Tomy)

T-SPARK, a high-end toy brand under the Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY, has announced that its latest robot-themed finished product , "LEGIOSS OMEGA," based on "Genesis Mecha Champions," will be released in late March 2026.

"Genesis Mechs" is a toy series developed in collaboration with Shinji Aramaki , the mechanical designer of "Genesis Mechs," and Tatsunoko Production, to complement the TOYRISE series' design concept of "original gameplay that stimulates players' imagination." The game features mechs that continue the design style of the LEGIOSS series from the original work, adopting new original settings specifically for toy production, while also incorporating the rich gameplay brought by the TOYRISE series.

The newly released "AFC-01X Ω LEGIOSS OMEGA" is a next-generation prototype developed from the original "AFC-01H LEGIOSS ETA" . Due to enhanced head sensors, the sensors mounted on the right chest have been removed, replaced by a pair of movable machine guns on each shoulder. The transformation mechanism of the wings has also been adjusted to improve mobility in the robot form "Armo Soldier". In addition to a 50mm beam cannon and two 11-tube micro-missiles, its armament can be expanded to include other AFC-01 series weapons through hardpoints throughout its body.

The "TOYRISE LEGIOSS OMEGA" toy combines a cool design with excellent articulation. Through a simple yet complete transformation mechanism, it perfectly recreates the classic three-stage transformation system: "Armo Fighter," "Armo Diver (intermediate mode)," and "Armo Soldier." It includes a handheld weapon, a "50mm beam cannon," and the 11 miniature missiles mounted on each part can also have their hatches opened.

The entire body features 38 3mm hard points, allowing for the free expansion of weaponry in various locations such as the shoulders, limbs, and wings. Accessories include an approximately 1/60 scale posable pilot figure and a transforming motorcycle, enabling the recreation of the pilot riding the motorcycle and entering the cockpit. Furthermore, the cockpit section features a detachable mechanism, allowing for cockpit swapping between different units from the *Another Genesis* series.
