Godzilla-style Evangelion Unit-01 ver. Awakening (Infinity Toy)

This is the fifth commissioned kit for a very popular kit series. It features a paint scheme based on the Evangelion Unit-01 Awakening design, with transparent flame hands created and magnetically attached for replacement. Since multiple kits have already been made, the piling, mock-up, and mold adjustments went smoothly. The painting requirements prioritized a clean look, so shading was reduced to almost negligible levels. To enhance visual richness, different textures were added to the armor sections, and different darker shades were used for the darker areas. Vibrant colors were also used for the inking lines to make the armor sections more prominent. The flame hands were prototyped using clay sculpting and then cast into transparent parts using molding. I deeply understood that there are many blind spots in molding knowledge, and although I encountered difficulties, the result is satisfactory. I hope you like it!
