INFORMATION
BANPRESTO, a prize brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, focuses on the "Grandista" series, which combines impressive size and excellent detail performance. The new "King's Knight" three-dimensional figure from "Kingdom" will be released in December 2025 !
In the historical manga "Kingdom" by Hara Yasuhisa, "Wang Qi" is one of the six generals during the reign of King Zhao of Qin, and the only one of the six generals still alive during the reign of King Zheng of Qin. In the early part of the story, Wang Qi was the absolute symbol of Qin's military power, and was known as "Qin's strange bird" to terrify other countries. Whether it was personal martial arts, leadership charisma, or military strategy, he was at the top level, and was the object of "Xin"'s most admired person after joining the army; but in the Battle of Mayang between Qin and Zhao, he fell into the trap of Li Mu, the third great general of Zhao, and died.
The "Grandista King Rider" is about 28 cm tall, showing the King Rider's general with his fists on his waist, planning a strategy. Although the smile on his face shows his absolute confidence, the blue veins between his eyebrows can also be felt as if the general has noticed the disharmony on the battlefield. I personally think that the presentation of the expression will give each King's World fan a different interpretation. This work also applies delicate depictions to the strong muscles of the arms, the armor covering the whole body, and the cloak with a sense of drape. It is really handsome when posing! It is worthy of being one of the legendary six generals.
