Succumbing to the sweet madness of the DC Comics universe, the Tsume Art company presents us the 1/6 scale statue of the HQS + collection dedicated to Batman
We see here the Dark Knight attacking two criminals, crossing a stained glass window inspired by the Cover of Batman # 50 from Ultimate Comics, depicting the portrait of his worst opponent, while the clown makeup of the two attackers shows their affiliation with him. infamous Joker.
Batman wears his legendary Kelvar scare-inspiring outfit and dark cape created in nomex to roam the Gotham suburbs. His pointy-eared mask hides his identity while proudly displaying the mythical bat symbol on his chest. Devoid of superpowers, his strength lies in his intelligence and great command of martial disciplines completed by the use of state-of-the-art gadgets.
As he takes flight, Batman pounces on his prey and throws it violently into garbage cans, while his partner in crime is electrocuted by a batarang. Every detail of this scene inspired by Jim Lee's design holds us back in this dark universe, especially the graffiti of the "smile" on the red brick walls, the wanted posters of the two criminals pasted by the police department, the headlines from the Gotham Gazette or Gotham Globe, the municipal election posters with the effigy of the ambitious Oswald Cobblepot, the black bat in front of the pedestal, or just a mask hung there, probably waiting for the right face.
This statue is limited to 600 units worldwide and each one will come with its certificate of authenticity.
