From Takara Tomy, "Spirited Away" is now available as the fifth installment of the "Dream Tomica Ghibli ga Ippai" series, which is a collaboration between the die-cast miniature car "Tomica" and Studio Ghibli's animated movie! It will be released from mid-January 2024. Reservations are scheduled to start on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Takara Tomy Mall.
Tomica expresses the image of Kaonashi riding a tub boat! Just like in the movie, the lower part of Kaonashi's body is slightly transparent to recreate his "Kaonashi-like" appearance. The tub boat is made of die-cast material to give it a sense of weight, but a clear tire is used on the bottom to create the lightness of the water. Clear tires allow hand-rolling.
