The Good Smile Company in collaboration with Sentinel present us the second figure in the Hagane Works collection. This time they present us with the figure that they dedicate to the mythical Mazinkaiser.
Mazinkaiser was introduced by Banpresto in his appearance in Super Robot Wars alpha, game for the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation, and had the approval of the original Mazinger's author, Go Nagai. The idea was to provide Koji Kabuto with an advanced machine for the final stages of the game. Banpresto contacted Go Nagai to promote the idea of the new unit, and the latter agreed to provide it. The new Mazinger was so successful that Go Nagai decided to create a new animated series.
Mazinkaiser is the ultimate creation of Dr. Juzo Kabuto, the genius who created Mazinger Z and designed the Great Mazinger. Koji discovers the Mazinkaiser completely by accident. When the Mazinger Z takes severe damage in battle, the Pilder activates an automatic protocol and flies into a hidden hangar behind a waterfall. There, Koji sees a holographic message left by his grandfather, telling him about Mazinkaiser and bringing it to him. From this point on, Koji will use the Mazinkaiser to combat the armies of Mechanical Beasts commanded by Dr. Hell, and subsequently the Mikene Warrior Beasts led by Ankoku Daishogun (The Great Dark General).
Now the Good Smile Company together with Sentinel present us the figure from the articulated Hagane Works collection by Mazinkaiser. A figure with many metal parts and unique finishes that will delight Mazinkaiser fans. The figure comes with different interchangeable hands and different accessories so that we can put Mazinkaiser in different poses and thus further complete this figure.
