NAUTS x DAMTOYS cooperated to launch the 1/6 scale collectible doll of Capcom's popular game "Monster Hunter" - the Decapoda set.
This set is derived from the popular work "Monster Hunter: World" in 2018, and is made of the material of the popular monster Decapoda.
This product uses DAMTOYS's self-developed highly movable female body, striving to show players a variety of movable experiences.
In terms of head sculpting, the team discussed with Capcom and made a high-precision female head sculpt based on the image in the game.
We also upgraded the head sculpt and will use an independently movable eyeball system in the product, hoping to provide the product with higher expressiveness.
In terms of equipment, we use special fabric technology to make the base clothing, accurately restoring the complex patterns and colors on it.
In the armor part, we re-added a lot of textures and textures based on the game model to restore the materials in the game.
At the same time, in order to ensure the player experience, the product comes with real material hemp rope and plastic soft rubber hemp rope to meet the needs of different players.
The most unique design in the set is the restoration of the catapult part in the game, which has a complete movable deployment design and can also be equipped with the unique flash bomb that comes with it.
In terms of weapons, we chose the iconic insect stick "Evil [Sin]. Modified" and included a hunting insect.
In terms of the insect stick, we used transparent materials to restore the unique color of its head. At the same time, the hunting insect has multiple movable joints, including legs and wings, all of which are designed with a range of motion.
In the deluxe version , we also equipped players with the two-blade Sin [True]. Modified of the Zombie Claw Dragon, and restored the chains on the weapons with real metal chains.
In addition, we also used the Miasma Valley in the game as a prototype to create a unique scene platform, which not only restored the scene terrain in the game, but also added many animal bones.
