Marco is the latest addition to Megahouse's popular One Piece character figure series, Portrait.Of.Pirates! Pre-orders for this item will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM on Premium Bandai and other platforms. We will be showcasing the appeal of this item through photos taken by Dengeki Hobby.
Marco is the former "Captain of the 1st Division of the Whitebeard Pirates" and ship's doctor, and a user of the Tori Tori no Mi, Mythical Beast Type Model "Phoenix". This item is three-dimensionalized in a dynamic form that manifests the power of the devil fruit. The blue flames that are characteristic of the phoenix and the wings, which are detailed down to the fine details of the feathers, are expressed with clear parts and delicate gradation painting, making this an item that is worth seeing from any angle.
The wide-spread wings and the intricately flowing tail that matches the figure's movements are all carefully crafted to create a sense of speed. The wings, costume, and parts of the base are painted to look like the phoenix's flames are also a special touch.
The contrast with his usual aloof demeanor, his fearless smile as he stares straight at the enemy before him is just too cool...! In addition, the attention to detail has been given to his distinctive hairstyle, as well as the expression of his powerful fingertips and well-trained abs, resulting in a truly "MAXIMUM" finish.
The scales on the legs and the sharp claws like those of a bird of prey are all precisely recreated, and the depiction of the ground turned up by the impact really adds to the atmosphere of the figure.
