INFORMATION
Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY has announced another new product in its popular MAFEX action figure series, in addition to the " Ninja Master Ras O'Gu " figure. This new product is based on the comic book series "Batman: Hush"—the "Batman Battle Damage Ver." action figure. The suggested retail price is 14,080 yen, and it is scheduled for release in September 2026.
Batman: Hush is a storyline written by Jeph Loeb and with pencil drawings by legendary Korean-American comic book artist Jim Lee, serialized from 2002 to 2003. The story revolves around Batman's investigation into the conspiracy of a mysterious villain named "Hush," who manipulates many of Batman's enemies, plunging Batman into a predicament.
This "Batman Battle-Damaged Ver." figure stands approximately 16cm tall and appears to be a modified version of the previously released " No. 105 Batman ." The sculpt faithfully recreates his well-defined muscles, and the cape is made of fabric with frayed edges to reproduce the tattered effect. Hidden wires on the sides allow for various poses. The biggest change is the addition of three knife wounds on both shoulders, depicting him in the midst of a fierce battle! Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, and in addition to the previously released constipated and clenched-teeth expressions, a new open-mouth head sculpt has been added. Weapons include two batarangs, two grappling hooks, and a new rapier. It can be displayed alongside the simultaneously released Ninja Master figure to recreate their battle scenes!
