American toy brand MEZCO TOYZ has unveiled a new addition to its popular 1/12 scale action figure series, "One:12 Collective," featuring the iconic animated series "Batman: The Animated Series"—a 1/12 scale Robin action figure. Priced at $116 USD, it is currently available for pre-order on the MEZCO website and is expected to release in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The Batman: The Animated Series (BTAS), which aired on Fox Kids from 1992 to 1995 and was distributed by Warner Bros. Animation, was inspired by Tim Burton's Batman films and 1940s Superman cartoons. It excelled in many aspects, including plot, art direction, voice acting, and sound effects, and is an absolute must-see when discussing Batman film and television works!
This 1/12 scale Robin action figure stands approximately 17 cm tall and is based on her design from the anime series. It features 28 points of articulation, a sculpted face that captures the anime's style, and hand-painted colors to recreate the look. Her signature red, green, and yellow battle suit is made using a composite material and tailored to perfectly replicate the look.
The replacement kit includes four interchangeable head sculpts and six pairs of interchangeable hands. Weapon accessories include a two-way radio, infrared goggles, a gas mask, headphones, a flashlight, four listening devices and transmitters, two batarangs, two R-shaped shurikens, a throwing rope with concealed wire, a spinning throwing rope effect piece, a grappling hook gun assembly, an infrared spray with a jet effect, a torch cutter with special effects, explosives, a long staff, etc. It can be displayed in various poses using the dedicated base with Robin's image, and can also be paired with previously released " Batman " and " Joker " figures to recreate classic scenes from the movies!
