The official Megami Device blog, Megami Development Room, has announced that pre-orders for the Busou Shinki collaboration plastic model "Strarf bis" will begin on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Introducing the Strarf bis, an improved version of the original Strarf. Based on the Busou Shinki figures from that time, it comes with newly designed weapons and armor parts. Fumikane Shimada designed the large hammer, shoulder armor, eye mask, and other parts that add to the boldness while still being easy to play with.
The rocket hammer is held in place by a joint that connects to the palm hole of the armed arm. You can also attach weapons to the 3mm holes in the large shoulder armor. The soles and toe blades have also been enlarged to emphasize stability and strength.
The new eye mask is recreated with interchangeable bangs. The sensor blade attached to the side of the head is also three-dimensionally recreated. The rocket hammer comes with a slim rod that can be held by the body's PVC wrist. You can display it by replacing the rod depending on how you want to hold it.
The face comes with three types: "Smiling (looking right)", "Sleeping", and "Grinning". Representative expressions have been selected from illustrations and face parts of the time. Also included is the chignon that was added in the repainted version.
