Originally intended as the final work of the year, it was unexpectedly completed in such a somber social atmosphere. The fear of trains from more than ten years ago returned like a nightmare, and I once again felt how fragile life is, like an ant, in the face of unpredictable disasters.
First, let’s look at the window to the soul. Compared to the first generation, it adopts the classic design of Godzilla with white eyes from 2001, further enhancing the terrifying image of the unknown behemoth.
Regarding the main color, referencing the painting example by Master Matsumura in the instruction manual, use reddish-brown pigments for coloring, and use dry brushing to further highlight the details of the surface texture.
The train, which is bitten and almost broken in two, has a very vivid sense of dynamic movement as the last carriage is about to be thrown away.
Although the model design includes separate parts, the train cannot be painted separately and then assembled because Godzilla's upper and lower jaws need to be glued together beforehand. Therefore, the carriages were painted separately with brushes later.
The original version of the dorsal fin has a rounded shape, which is presented by dry brushing around it.
The robust and muscular lower body, in contrast to the drape of the movie suit, makes the biological muscles appear relatively firm.
The right rear foot is a reference paint example, with some reflections of firelight from the ground.
The simulated flames shine down, and we look up at this god of destruction standing tall on the burning earth.
The death stare in the dark night sounds the alarm for the end times.

The burning fire effect is achieved by mixing red and yellow pigments and randomly sweeping them onto the ground and building exteriors.
The scene of the collapsed tracks creates a sense of desolation that feels like you are actually there.
The scorched ruins and broken walls appear desolate without the presence of any giant beasts.
Finally, let's compare it with the Qingdao Kaiyodo's previous work, which is the worst in the world. Although it doesn't have a dazzling dorsal fin, Kaiyodo has a slight advantage in height and size.
In terms of presence, the first generation's imposing and dignified image is truly terrifying. With the addition of train accessories and a platform scene, the entire model set exudes a stronger sense of story and warning.
