INFORMATION
Infinite Statue pays homage to one of the icons of world comedy: Benny Hill !
This statue depicts him in the guise of one of his most beloved characters: Fred Scuttle , the shy, awkward and clumsy character who, through misunderstandings and clumsy movements, managed to unleash a wave of irresistible comedy in any situation. The sculpture is inspired by a 1972 television sketch, in which the famous English host Nicholas Parsons “interviewed” Scuttle in the role of doorman/promoter of an imaginary striptease cabaret. The rest is history.
The sculpture, made in 1/6 scale and 31.5 cm high , is the work of Daniele “Danko” Angelozzi and Marco Prearsi. The coloring was instead taken care of by Dario Barbera.
As a Web Gift, collectors will receive a silkscreened plate with plexiglass support. Limited and numbered edition of 72 pieces. The plate will be included exclusively in the first 72 online purchases made on the Infinite Statue & Collectible website .
The statue is available for pre-order at a price of €375 , with a release scheduled for late 2025.
