Hot Toys, a world-renowned Hong Kong toy brand, has launched a new product based on the upcoming movie "Superman" - the "Superman™ & Krypto™" 1/6 scale collectible action figure set. The reference retail price is HK$1,780. Pre-orders are now open and are expected to be shipped in 2025!
The new "Superman" movie in 2025 is written and directed by James Gunn, and David Corenswet plays the new Superman. It will bring fans back to experience the powerful charm of the DC worldview! This "Superman and Krypto" collection set includes both the new Superman and the "Super Dog" Krypto, showing the deep emotional connection between the hero and his beloved dog! The Superman figure is about 33 cm tall, and the facial features of actor David Corenceway are restored very realistically with Hot Toys' delicate carving technology, with movable eyeballs and exquisite hairstyle details, and with the newly developed muscular movable body, showing Superman's upright aura!
The costume is made of composite materials such as cloth to restore a highly saturated battle suit. There is a red and yellow "S" carving with a slightly aged effect on the chest. Krypto is about 7 cm tall, and it captures the image of the super dog after the director scanned and modeled his beloved dog Ozuthe in 3D.
