Hot Toys launches a new 1:6 scale collectible figure of the Human Torch in Deadpool and Wolverine
Chris Evans returns to the Marvel Universe to play the Human Torch again after 17 years!
(January 8, 2025) The 2024 Marvel blockbuster Deadpool and Wolverine ranked second in the year with an impressive box office of 1.338 billion US dollars, becoming another popular symbol of Marvel. Hot Toys ( www.hottoys.com.cn ) specially launches a new figure in this series - the Chris Evans version of the Human Torch who made a surprise appearance in the movie!
This is also his first return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the superhero Human Torch in Fantastic Four after 17 years. As Chris Evans himself said, "This role has a special place in my heart, and being able to play the Human Torch again is a dream come true." I believe that for Marvel fans, this collectible figure is also very meaningful!
The Hot Toys team adheres to the original intention of being loyal to the character, carefully references and studies the appearance of the Human Torch in the movie, and creates a 1:6 scale collectible doll with professional doll making technology and high standards of aesthetic requirements. The new head sculpt of the Human Torch character is finely carved and painted, restoring the handsome facial features of actor Chris Evans, the facial details and beard texture of the Human Torch character who has experienced vicissitudes. The high-fidelity head sculpt is equipped with independent movable eyeball technology. Players can adjust the doll's line of sight to restore the completely different mature charm of the Human Torch surviving in the dangerous void.
In terms of clothing design, the Hot Toys designer team carefully cut and sewed the iconic Fantastic Four blue tights, paired with a brown equipment belt, gray-blue military pants and a pair of black military boots. The doll's arms are equipped with detachable damaged wrapping strips and a variety of wrapped cloth-shaped palms, paired with a hooded cape decorated with traces of aging, restoring the surprise scene of the Human Torch appearing in the movie.
Hot Toys refers to the sturdy and strong figure of the Human Torch in the movie, and specially selects a doll body about 31cm tall with 30 movable joints, and restores the character's tight muscle lines, interpreting his body shape and excellent agility. The doll is equipped with a variety of special effect accessories, including: multiple sets of flame special effect parts that can be installed on the doll, a flame column attack special effect installed on the right hand, and a spiral flame sculpture specially designed with a translucent orange-red gradient material, which dynamically interprets the explosive speed of "Human Torch" manipulating flames and the moment when the flames rise. Recreating the important moment of Chris Evans' return to the MCU as the Human Torch, it is a collection that Marvel fans cannot miss!
