More than three thousand years before the rise of Darth Vader, the Old Republic in the distant Milky Way was facing a powerful threat from the Sith Empire. The Sith Lord Darth Malgus, with his extraordinary military talent and powerful dark force, carved a thrilling chapter of history in the galaxy.
On the first day of the new year in 2025, Hot Toys (heavily launched a new work in the Star Wars Legends series, using exquisite craftsmanship to present Darth Malgus, the legendary figure who dominated the Old Republic era, in a 1:6 scale collectible doll!
The Hot Toys team referred to the settings of the video game "Star Wars: The Old Republic" and restored the facial details of Darth Malgus with exquisite carving and painting technology. The pale skin is covered with blue veins and delicate scar wrinkles, and the pair of angry orange pupils are equipped with movable eyeballs, naturally revealing the powerful aura of the Sith Lord.
In terms of clothing design, Hot Toys Toys' design team uses highly durable nylon fabric combined with crimping technology to sew the inner undergarment; the outer dark black armor is carefully crafted with a variety of composite materials and has built-in LED lighting effects.
Darth Malgus's iconic luminous breathing life-support device is detachable, and the layered shoulder armor, chest control panel, and limb armor are all finely painted with metal; the tailor-made black hooded cape shows his unparalleled deterrence.
The figure body is newly developed, about 34cm tall and has 30 movable joints, restoring the character's burly figure. The figure is equipped with a variety of weapons and equipment, including: Darth Malgus's exclusive red LED luminous lightsaber, dynamic lightsaber blade, force lightning special effects, multiple opponent models and other accessories, which can easily interpret various domineering battle postures.
Together with the exquisitely designed, permeable red light-permeable theme platform to create a dark side atmosphere, this figure will lead collectors back to the era of the Old Republic and witness the majestic momentum of this unforgettable Sith Lord!
