Executive Replicas, an American brand dedicated to launching various replicas of pop culture action figures and props, recently launched a new product with the theme of the classic American comic "Rocketeer" - "Rocketeer" & Butch) 1/12 scale action figure set, priced at US$69.99, expected to be released in November 2024!
"Rocketman" is a superhero comic adventure created by American cartoonist Dave Stevens in 1982. The story is set in the United States in the late 1930s before World War II. The story follows aerobatic pilot Cliff Cliff Secord picked up a mysterious jetpack hidden by two gangsters by chance, and began his crime-fighting career. The comic was adapted into a 1991 Disney movie of the same name, in which Cliff confronts Nazis who are trying to use jetpack technology to attack the United States.
This movable figure set includes two figures, Rocketman and Butch, which are based on Rocketman's appearance in the comics, restoring his iconic red flight jacket, white khaki pants, and the exaggerated jetpack and helmet behind him. The jetpack and jetpack are made of pearlescent paint with a metallic texture. The head sculpt can be replaced with Cliff's appearance. Multiple sets of replacement hands and weapons and pistols are included to reproduce his fighting posture!
Butch, the bulldog, has only a fleeting appearance in the movie, but is Cliff's best friend in the comics. This product also carefully three-dimensionalizes Butch's image in the comics, restoring his lazy appearance!
