Hong Kong-based emerging brand Ember Toys' "Chibi Creature" soft vinyl model series, following the previously released " Monster Angie (Monster Mode) " and " Flaming Monster Gulgiras, " has released a new product themed around the anime "SSSS.GRIDMAN": " Chibi Creature Returns Monster Gulgiras "! The suggested retail price is 12,210 yen, and it is scheduled for release in June 2026.
The " Flame Monster Gulgiras ," which debuted in the first episode of the anime , was created by Akane Shinjo out of resentment after a hot dog bun was hit by a volleyball. It could spit bouncing fireballs from its mouth and was quickly defeated after its neck was discovered to be its weak point, resulting in its decapitation. It returned at the end of the series in a super-enhanced mechanical version, earning it the nickname "The Returning Monster ," and possesses immense destructive power!
The third installment, the " Chibi Creature Returns Monster Gorgiras " soft vinyl figure, stands approximately 14cm tall. It maintains the series' signature chibi style while faithfully recreating Akane Shinjo's meticulously crafted monster. Features such as the sharp, drill-like head, the razor-sharp, mechanical dorsal fins, and claws are faithfully reproduced. The rich mechanical details are enhanced with a heavy metallic paint finish, resulting in a sleek and stylish design!
