From CCPJAPAN's "1/6 Special Effects Series", Ultra Seven is finally here with a new model! This item's Ultra Seven is sculpted in a pose with his fingers crossed in front of his forehead, emitting "anti-magnetic lines". The model is based on the Ultra Seven in the fights against Darry and Duncan in episodes 31 "The Devil's Flower" and 34 "The Evaporating City", where he uses the Emerium Ray (anti-magnetic lines) in this pose.
Aiming for the perfect body balance for Ultra Seven, suit actor Koji Uenishi, every sagging and wrinkled part of the suit has been meticulously recreated. The mask has been thoroughly verified over and over again, with subtle differences in the lines around the eyes between the left and right, which are crucial to Seven, as well as the distortion of the suit's unique shape and the balance around the mouth. Attention has also been paid to the shape of the gloves, with the zipper not exposed, but recreated as if it were covered with Velcro. The characteristic finger shape, with the thumb bent to fit the bent ring finger, has also been recreated to a high degree.
The armor is a relatively clean reproduction of the suit that appeared in the later stages of the show. The battery box on the back is also designed to be noticeable, but not too prominent, with consideration given to posing. The distinctive heeled boots are meticulously reproduced, down to the length of the sole, the line in the middle, the zipper, and the wrinkles that appear when bent.
The paintwork was based on the suit used in the filming, and a strong orange coloring different from that of Ultraman has been recreated. Furthermore, highlights, shadows, and dirty colors have been applied to enhance the sense of realism of the battle. Clear parts are used for the eyes, which are painted silver from the inside to create a luminous finish. The colors of the gloves and boots have also been recreated in a different red from the body, with an emphasis on recreating the colors in the film. In contrast to the matte gloves, the boots are reproduced with a glossy finish. Even the inside of the zippers on the boots are thoroughly painted.
