From "Ultraman Omega," the space boomerang and transformation item, the Omega Slugger, is now available in the "Ultra Replica" brand of role-playing toys for adults! Pre-orders will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 28, 2025, on Premium Bandai!
The Omega Slugger, the space boomerang equipped on Ultraman Omega's head, has been commercialized as part of the "Ultra Replica" series of role-playing items for adults. Unlike the "Transformation Item DX Omega Slugger," this is a completely new design that recreates the shape of the deadly weapon Omega wields and uses to fight monsters in the series. It recreates the shape of the prop that was actually used in the film, and under the supervision of Tsuburaya Productions' modeling department, LSS, the design has been carefully crafted to be as close as possible to the design in the series.
The gripping gimmick allows you to activate sound actions by gripping the handle of the main body. It also has a pendulum sensor, so swinging it back activates floating and slashing sounds. In battle mode, many attack and special move sounds from the series are included, allowing you to relive battle scenes. It also includes a color timer sound, which can be activated at any time.
Additionally, sound effects for Rekines and Trigallon are included, allowing you to recreate scenes where they fight together. The music included is "Omega's Theme (BRIGHT ETES) (UO_M-1)," the background music from the film. A dedicated pedestal, a familiar sight in the Ultra Replica series, is also included. It is shaped like Omega's head, making it perfect for display. This item will be on display in the Ultraman section of the Bandai booth at the Tokyo Toy Show 2025, running from Thursday, August 28th to Sunday, August 31st!
