From "Samurai Sentai Shinkenger", the transformation item Shadowphone will be released in a full-scale "MEMORIAL EDITION" for adults! Pre-orders will start at 4:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025 on Premium Bandai!
The set includes the Shadowphone and a charging cable. The Shadowphone is based on the DX version, but the design has been changed. New parts and new paint give it an appearance closer to the one in the movie. In addition, rechargeable batteries are used, eliminating the need for battery replacement. The first vibration motor in the history of Sentai transformation items allows you to enjoy a transformation play experience that goes beyond the DX version.
By newly installing a vibration motor and "writing button" on the Shadow Phone, it is now possible to reproduce the actions from the writing to the character inversion scenes in the movie. The "writing button" plays the sound of writing only while it is pressed, allowing you to write characters at your own convenience. In addition, the motor vibrates while the button is pressed, allowing you to experience the feeling of actually writing characters through the vibrations transmitted to your hand.
After a short wait time after writing, the "character writing button" switches to the "character inversion" function, and you can enjoy the character inversion effect (Mojikara activation effect) with sound and vibration. In addition, by adding a detection switch inside, when you open the Shadow Phone, the same sound effects as in the movie will play. The LED uses a high-brightness LED module, and the amount of light is greatly increased from the DX version! The background music includes three songs including "Samurai Sentai Shinkenger (TV size)" and several other sound effects from the movie, allowing for highly immersive role-playing play.
In addition to the "Transformation Mode", five new modes have been added that allow you to recreate scenes from the movie! In the "Summoning Mode", you can recreate the Origami Great Transformation Scene by writing the character "大", and in addition to the cries of each Origami, new sounds have been added when holding the brush and when summoning the Origami. In the "Combined Mode", you can enjoy playing with the samurai combination by writing the character "合" and hearing the combined sound of the Origami. In the "Modjikara Mode", you can play the "Modjikara Activation Performance" that is recorded in the movie by writing freely. In the "Daidanen Mode", you can also enjoy playing with the activation of Samurai Ha-oh's special move "Modjikara Daidanen" and the impressive sound of a clapper by writing freely. In the "Sealing Mode", you can activate the Modjikara of Seal by writing freely. The motor vibrates along with the sound of writing with a flame, and you can enjoy the sealing performance in the movie.
