The HOBBY division of BANDAI SPIRITS, a Japanese company, has announced a new character product, "SIS-J00 Melenja [Color A]" , from its original mecha girl themed assembly model series "30 MINUTES SISTERS" . It is scheduled to be released in June 2026.
Like the previously released " Azure " and " Julie ," Melenga is a new sister character designed by ANMI , a renowned illustrator who designs characters for mobile games such as Arknights and Girls' Frontline . Melenga's design also differs from the mechanical style and emphasis on "fabric" textures widely used in the same series. She combines cute bear-shaped pajamas with a terrifying chainsaw, creating a memorable contrast.
The "SIS-J00 Melenja [Color A]" figure recreates the adorable character design using multi-colored molded parts and features a flexible, articulated body. Through interchangeable parts, the distinctive bear-ear hood can be freely put on and taken off, and the sleeves can be selected in two different shapes. Three pre-printed face plates are included for interchangeability; the pink mouth is made as a separate part, and stickers with eye patterns can be added for even more styling options. The weapon, a chainsaw, is reproduced in cute colors such as pink and light purple, and features detailed details such as the chain and saw teeth.
