From the Kamen Rider series' first original theatrical production, "Kamen Rider vs. Shocker," the original Kamen Rider No. 2 is now available in the SHFiguarts (Real Bone Carving Technique) "Kamen Rider vs. Shocker Ver." Pre-orders will begin at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the Tamashii Web Shop within Premium Bandai!
Kamen Rider No. 2, who appeared alongside Kamen Rider No. 1 (Sakurajima Ver.) in "Kamen Rider vs. Shocker" and other shows, has been recreated in three dimensions using an estimated skeletal structure based on an examination of footage and materials from that time. The details and proportions of the mask and suit differ from those of Kamen Rider No. 1 (Sakurajima Ver.). The lower jaw of the "Crusher" head mask has also been sculpted to match the image of Kamen Rider No. 2. The shape has been meticulously crafted, from the massive shoulders, the length, texture, and wrinkles of the jacket, the differences between the gloves and boots, the wide spacing of the wing pattern on the back, and the length of the hair peeking out from the back of the head.
The scarf, including the part wrapped around the neck, is a new design, reproduced entirely from cloth material. The cloth part hanging from the neck can be displayed with a built-in wire, allowing for a variety of expressions, such as fluttering in the wind. An interchangeable PVC scarf and a dedicated neck part are also included. You can choose between a cloth scarf or a PVC scarf to match the various action scenes and actions in the movie. Two types of PVC scarves are included: a "hanging" and a "fluttering" version, allowing you to change the expression depending on the pose of Kamen Rider No. 2.
Seven types of interchangeable wrist parts are included for each side. These include wrist parts for the "hands on both hips" pose that is unique to Showa Riders, as well as wrist parts for the "pointing at the opponent" pose. Bonus parts include a wrist part for the hip rest and a pointing wrist part for the "SHFiguarts (Real Bone Carving Technique) Kamen Rider 1 (Sakurajima Ver.) Glorious Showa Rider Edition" (sold separately), as well as a sword that can be stolen from a "Shocker Combatant" and used. Collecting the double riders will expand the play possibilities even further!
