BANDAI SPIRITS is introducing the action figure "SHFiguarts Kumoorg (Shin Kamen Rider)"! Pre-orders will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 13th, 2026 at the Tamashii Web Shop within Premium Bandai.
From "Shin Kamen Rider," Kumo Augment, the first Augment that the First Batta Augment (later Kamen Rider) engaged in battle with in the series, is now available in SHFiguarts. Kumo Augment, a non-human fusion of spider and human, is tasked with eliminating traitors in "SHOCKER," and has been meticulously recreated. The intricate patterns on the protective vest and pants, a design feature, are precisely recreated according to the individual parts. The red and black pattern, as well as the "SHOCKER" emblem on the left leg and the zippers located throughout the body, are meticulously color-coded. The differences in texture between the front and back of the arms and the inner thighs are also expressed through the sculpting and coloring.
The gas mask-shaped mask, which cleverly incorporates a spider design, has been meticulously recreated down to the smallest detail. The texture of the dreadlock-like decorative parts that hang down from the sides of the mask, reminiscent of spider legs, and the green light-emitting elements that run from the cheeks to the sides of the head are made of clear parts. The complex paintwork of the entire mask has also been achieved through multiple processes.
The figure features a wide range of motion throughout its body, allowing it to recreate the acrobatic movements seen in the film. The chest, abdomen, hips, and knees can bend significantly, allowing for a variety of poses, including crouched positions and landing poses. The pants' bottoms are divided, allowing for a shape consistent with the film while still allowing for unrestricted ankle movement. The figure also includes interchangeable abdominal and back parts that can be used to recreate the four "hidden arms" that can be extended by unzipping the protective vest. The hidden arms, like the main body's arms, have articulated shoulders, upper arms, elbows, and wrists, allowing for scenes such as the one in the film where they attack Dr. Midorikawa.
The figure comes with five sets of interchangeable wrist parts, including those for holding the optional parts, allowing for a wide range of recreations of scenes from the film, including the strong, sticky "thread" that it spits out from its head, the "bomb" that it used to restrain the first Battaorg and then blow up the hut. It also comes with a "red telephone" that can be used to recreate the "Moshi-moshi" series, which was used in promotions such as the cards included with "Shin Kamen Rider Chips" (published by Calbee) when "Shin Kamen Rider" was released.
