Directly from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, the Bandai Hobby company presents us the 1/100 scale model of the MG (Master Grade) collection dedicated to the legendary RMS-179 GM II.
The RMS-179 GM II was a mobile suit developed in U.C.0083 based on the Federation Forces Reconstruction Plan that was approved in October, U.C.0080. As it was developed by the Federation Forces under severe financial conditions, GM II was a minor upgrade to GM RGM-79 that led the Earth Federation Forces to victory during the one-year War. Various modernizations and modifications have been carried out, such as the replacement of the main engine and the installation of secondary sensors, however, the performance of the GM II has not improved significantly compared to the original GM.
Now the Bandai Hobby company presents the Master Grade model of the great GM II. This is a model with excellent quality that will come in different matrices with different colors so that, when assembling the model, we have realistic enough base colors that we do not need to apply any type of shading.
Of course, the finishes in this type of models are not essential but, if we want the model to look like these images, we will have to give it some type of paneling or shading to leave the perfect model. And remember that, as it characterizes the Bandai models, you do not need any type of glue to be able to assemble this model and anyone with the experience they have in the world of models can assemble this model without problems.
