From "Mahou Sentai Magiranger," the MergePhone, the transformation device used by all five Magirangers, is now available as a "MEMORIAL EDITION." It recognizes over 50 spells that appeared in the series and movies and activates the corresponding sounds. Magic can be activated using the numeric keypad, and you can now also activate spells using the wand deployment button, just like in the show.
While the design and appearance are based on the highly-finished DX version, some parts have been updated to reflect the image in the movie. It can be transformed into three modes: mobile mode, phone mode, and wand mode. In addition, the display parts have been changed from paper to plastic, as in the DX version. The cover can be removed and replaced.
The transformation action has also been brushed up from the DX version, and new sounds have been recorded, such as the sound of preparing to transform when deploying the wand. Sound effects can also be activated when announcing your name. Furthermore, in addition to the Magiranger transformation sounds, new transformation sounds for MagiMajin and Legend Magiranger have also been recorded. Three BGM tracks have been recorded, including the theme song. New sound effects have also been added, such as the sound of learning a spell and the shutter sound, making for a rich audio experience.
