BANDAI SPIRITS' collectible toy division, TAMASHII NATIONS, has officially announced the release of the latest 6-inch articulated figure in the "GUNDAM UNIVERSE" series, designed for Mobile Suit Gundam fans worldwide. The figure , "All-Round Attack Freedom Gundam," is scheduled for release in June 2026.
The ZGMF/A-262B Attack Free Gundam II, which Kira Yamato pilots in the theatrical version, is a new machine improved by Dawn Corporation using the latest technology. Although there are no major changes in the appearance of the machine, all of its armaments except for the high-energy beam rifle have been upgraded. After combining with the new enhanced equipment "Glory Guardian" piloted by Lacus to form the ZGMF/A-262PD-P All-Round Attack Free Gundam , it can also use the "Converging Heavy Nuclear Beam Cannon" hidden in its forehead and the physical sword "Futsu-no-Mitama" and other weapons.
"GUNDAM UNIVERSE All-Round Attack Free Gundam" also uses the newly improved "UNIVERSAL REACTION FRAME" articulated frame, which has been completely revamped since 2025. Compared to previous products in the same series, it has greatly improved the range of articulation, allowing for more powerful battle poses. The overall design is based on the anime setting, with added series-original armor details. The gold frame, which features molded colors and paintwork, can be used to create powerful wing-spreading poses through the articulated wings.
Accessories include three pairs of interchangeable hands, two beam sabers, one "Futsu-no-Mitama," and an antenna replacement part for the "Converging Heavy Nuclear Beam Cannon" in its extended state. Combined with the main body's flexible articulation, it allows for various combat scenarios. Additionally, the "Glory Guardian" back panel can be detached for separate display; however, a display stand is not included and must be used with a separately sold Bandai "Tamashii STAGE" stand or another stand of the same size.
