The HOBBY division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS will release the latest assembly model of the anime "Digimon 04: Reiken" " Figure-rise Standard Amplified CaesarGreymon" on September 27 , 2025. The official also released new information such as the product box design and actual sample pictures on the eve of the release.
First appearing in the anime "Digimon: Frontier," CaesarGreymon is a Transcendent Digimon possessing the power of fire. The protagonist, Takuya Kanbara, wields the ultimate evolution of the Fighting Spirits of Fire, Wind, Ice, Earth, and Wood, surpassing the legendary Ten Warriors who possessed their fighting spirits. Within him resides the power of nine dragon veins flowing through the earth. Harnessing these forces unleashes unfathomable might. To harness this power, he wields the Dragon Soul Sword, a weapon sealed with dragon souls, enabling him to unleash powerful moves such as "Flame Dragon Strike" and "Nine-Headed Dragon Formation."
The Figure-rise Standard Amplified CaesarGreymon's full body design has been reinterpreted by illustrator As'Maria based on the original design. Numerous parts incorporate dragon imagery to evoke the dragon's power within its host. The red and gold armor covering its entire body is engraved with mechanical-like layers and lines. The kit utilizes a rich palette of molded parts, including dark gray, red, white, gold, dark blue, and transparent blue, showcasing the meticulously detailed, mechanical-like design. Three-dimensional jewel stickers are used to recreate the spherical shapes throughout the body.
In addition to its handsome appearance, Caesar Greymon has also been given richer playability. The basic movable parts include the neck and limbs, and can be paired with the weapon "Dragon Soul Sword" to play out a combat posture. The Dragon Soul Sword has also designed an original model mechanism that can extend and retract the bottom handle and unfold the golden blade to both sides. By holding the handles on both sides with both hands, the posture of performing the ultimate move "Flame Dragon Strike" can be reproduced.
