The Hobby Division of Japan's Bandai SPIRITS company has launched the "30 Minutes Preference" series of character assembly figures, and announced that the first product from "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" "Madoka Kaname (Uniform Ver.)" is expected to be released in March 2026.
The protagonist , Madoka Kaname, is a petite, somewhat insecure girl with a heart of kindness and resilience. She becomes a magical girl driven by the desire to help others. After meeting transfer student Homura Akemi, she becomes her magical girl mentor and close friend, but dies during the "Witch Night" attack. Homura uses magic to repeatedly travel back in time to prevent Madoka from becoming a magical girl, but the same fate repeats itself, and Madoka's magical girl potential grows stronger. Finally, upon learning the truth, Madoka sacrifices herself, using this power to transform into the "Principle of the Circle," which eliminates all witches and frees those on the verge of becoming witches.
The 30MP Kaname Madoka (Uniform Ver.) utilizes Bandai's advanced color separation and parting technology to meticulously recreate the shape and color of her hair and clothing. Not only are the red bow on the top, the cuffs, and the red lines on the hem all separate pieces, but even the white plaid on the skirt is pieced together, employing a method of recreating the color of the parts. The figure also boasts a sophisticated articulation design, with multiple articulation points, including the neck, chest, and limbs, allowing for the creation of Madoka's adorable everyday poses.
The accessories include two pre-printed replacement expression parts, blank expression parts for players to create their own, and water transfer stickers. In addition to eight pairs of replacement hands and a backpack, the set also includes a full-scale figure of Madoka's hatchling, Kyubey, in a hanging pose, allowing you to recreate the look of Madoka cradling him in her arms!
