Godzilla City Fire Scene Creation (SHINZEN)
STATUE INFORMATION
This was the first scene production in 2026, using the SHINZEN fully transparent Godzilla kit. The entire scene was designed with the scene of Godzilla turning the city into a sea of fire in the movie as inspiration. The client requested that Godzilla be used as an example, and that the city scene be compatible with other Godzilla kits. Due to the complex production process, the following key points can be summarized:
1. Hollowing out the SHINZEN genuine kit to make room for the internal lighting and repairing about 30 broken parts.
2. The Godzilla body lighting unit was tested and adopted a detachable design.
3. Balance between the body paint and the luminous/non-luminous visual effects.
4. Use 3D printing technology to print transparent flame effect parts and city building elements (approximately 40 buildings).
5. Detachable flame effects design, LED lighting design, and paint application.
6. Complete the overall power supply system for the city's integrated lighting and detachable interface.
7. The building is designed to complement the lighting using light and shadow painting techniques.
8. Apply smoke effects to the entire scene, and create a three-dimensional shape centered on the flame effect, then paint and color it.
9. Integration of Godzilla's main body, fire effect parts, and the scene base.
After a month of planning and production, this scene design and creation process is complete. It's been a valuable experience to understand the effort and time required to create a scene from start to finish. The final result is as shown in the photos: Godzilla with glowing dorsal fins, flames shooting from its mouth, and a city engulfed in flames. Hope you enjoy this scene creation!
