The Gecco company presents the first figure of its new collection entitled "Dinomation". In this first installment we are presented with the figure dedicated to the great Tyrannosaurus. A figure painted and sculpted by the artist RYO (nendoseizin).

Since its discovery, dinosaurs have been portrayed in different ways. With each new discovery and interpretation of the artists, the appearance of dinosaurs has changed, especially after paleontological investigations have been finding more evidence of the anatomy of these great beings of the past.

In this collection, the Gecco company captures the essence of dinosaurs with a retro style but at the same time from an academic approach. Its aesthetic reminds us of the classic dinosaurs of the old Stop Motion movies. In fact, the name of the "Dinomation" collection combines the words "Dinosaur" and "Stop Motion Animation".

The sculptor RYO, sculptor, painter and creator of this collection, captures a moment of dynamic movement with the great Tyrannosaurus frozen in time as if it were a screenshot of an imaginary fantasy film but at the same time with a style that is very familiar to us and close. RYO has captured all the madness and vitality of this incredible creature through its sculpture style created by modeling traditional clay. The base of the figure is inspired by a desert landscape of North America where the Tyrannosaurus lived during the Cretaceous period.

This figure of the great Tyrannosaurus begins the "Dinomation" collection of Gecco that will continue with the figure of the great Spinosaurus that the company will launch in the future.
