DX Chogokin SDF-1 Macross (Bandai)

As the first product in the 45th anniversary celebration of "Super Dimension Fortress Macross," the SDF-1 Macross will be released as a "DX Chogokin"! It is scheduled to be released in general retail stores in November 2026!

The SDF-1 Macross from "Super Dimension Fortress Macross" has been recreated in a massive 1/2000 scale, approximately 65 cm in length! The transformation from fortress ship to humanoid assault type is faithfully reproduced. Light-up gimmicks are included in the bridge, chest engine, leg engines, and city area. Accessories include the Kerkaria (which also functions as a magnetic switch), as well as Monster, Tomahawk, Valkyrie, and Super Valkyrie models in the same scale!
The cityscape changes over time, from morning to noon to evening to night, and it may also randomly switch to emergency mode.

The proportions were based on setting drawings and illustrations by Kazutaka Miyatake, as well as footage from the show, and great care was taken to make the imposing size of the Macross Cannon even more impressive. 

The bridge, chest, and legs are equipped with light-up gimmicks, and the lighting effect for the chest and legs starts when the bow of the included Zentradi reconnaissance pod, Kerkaria, is brought close to them.
