From the 1988 TV series "Kamen Rider BLACK RX," comes the "Action Control DX Transformation Belt Sunriser," a remake of the transformation belt Sunriser. This item combines the gimmicks of two transformation belt toys released at the time of the show's broadcast: the "Action Control DX Rider Transformation Belt" and the "Kamen Rider BLACK RX Light-Up Transformation Belt." Furthermore, sound functions have been added, resulting in a new DX transformation belt toy for Kamen Rider BLACK RX.

This item features both the rotating and illuminating circular functions of the "Action Control Version" and the internal mechanical illumination function of the "Glowing Transformation Belt Version." By illuminating it in the dark, you can recreate the transformation scenes from the show. Furthermore, it also features the transformation pose recognition function, a key gimmick of the "Action Control Version." By attaching the included "Wrist Bit" to your left wrist and striking a transformation pose, the belt will react, activating transformation sounds and LED illumination and rotation. After transforming, moving your left hand in front of the belt will also activate "Revolcane" related sounds! A button is located on the top of the belt, and operating it will activate sound effects such as the "RX Kick sound" and "Transformation Cancellation sound." It also features a form change function to "Robo Rider" and "Bio Rider," activating unique sounds for each.
